Hi All, I'm Max from California! I currently work in the systems area for a mortgage insurance company out of Walnut Creek, CA, been there over twelve years. I have two wonderful boys 12 and 8 years old. I'm also involved with HFH (Habitat for Humanity International), mainly with JCWP (Jimmy Carter Work Project), where we build homes for the needed families. It'd been quiet an eye opening experience for me especially during the South Africa, Philippines, and India project. JCWP helps families around the world, as well as within the United States. I've gone back to Southern Thailand for the tsunami volunteer work in February 05, and boy that was totally different than the other volunteer works I've done in the past. It totally put a different perspective in life for me. I do travel back to Thailand about 3-4 times a year, can't leave my root! Love it back in Bangkok, where I was raised. Great food, great drinks/pub, great music. What's not to love!
