I am a man interested in the beauty of times forgotten. I think that perhaps in my past life I was a tuneful brakeman who slipped off the top of a high-balling freight car and ended up in the present time.
I lead an 11-piece (and various smaller incarnations) 1920s-early '30s dance orchestra in NYC; I transcribe all of our music from precious gems of wax and rubber. My instruments of proficiency are the cornet, trombone, and tuba....I sing a bit as well.
