Miguel Ferreyra-Flores began studying classical guitar at the age of 9. After high school he attended Lansing Community College where he studied pharmacology until he realized he wanted to pursue his dream of becoming a professional classical guitarist. Ferreyra-Flores chose to pursue his musical studies at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti where he is currently working on his Bachelors of Music. He has studied classical guitar with Roger Humphrey and Dr. Nelson Amos and has performed in masterclasses with Pepe Romero and Matthew Ardizzone.
He currently studies with world-renowned classical guitarist, Angel Romero and
Dr. Brad Deroche.
