Formed in early 2005, Chronix is a 3 piece hard rock band based out the lovely metropolis that is Ransomville, NY. Playing a wide range of music from all genres of rock including, classic, punk, canadian, modern, metal and progressive, Chronix is a union of talented and seasoned musicians with over 70 years of combined stage and studio experience. With a show that is heavy and tight, Chronix is quickly becoming one of WNY's premier power trios.Stan Pavelites - Guitar, VocalsStan Pavelites has played for Pantara (the local group, not the guys who got paid!), The Trolls, Cheater, Rockcandy, Fretworks, Simpleton and with Juno Award winning Andy Curran and Soho 69. He acted as producer, engineer and performer on a number of local releases including Shredd 'n Regan's TV Theme CD, Sonny Mayo, Butterscotch, Penetrating Green, and the WNY Benefit for Hospice CD which included the song "Disconnected."
Stan is a Libra who enjoys long walks along the beach, sunsets, Barry White, and a good romance novel. He considers himself an upstanding member of the community and regularly participates in mind altering experiments outside the laboratory environment without proper supervision.Vinnie Andalora - Drums, VocalsVinnie has a hard time putting into words how awesome of a drummer/singer he is. When he learns how, he will let you know all about himself. As far as bands go, played in Fretworks and The Realm most recently.
Vinnie likes to pass the time with things like, Riding a tractor and plowing the field. Sitting in a tree stand and killing innocent baby deer. And playing with durabond.Bruce Irwin - Bass, VocalsBruce has been playing Bass for over 20 years, thus acheiving a consistant level of average playing abilities. He knows the position of being a bass player in a band and relishes the underdog mentality and the shame that it brings. Always striving to overcome the boundries set by others for the lowly bass player, Bruce will overcome.
