My family...I love and miss my daughters!!! Music- everything about it!!! (playing or listening), chatting w/ friends, reading - when I have time, riding my motorcycle, genealogy, traveling, and astrology, working outside in the yard, and appreciating architecture. I collect "lilliputs" and small lighthouses, crystal balls, and various skull or skeleton statues. Silly , I know....
Some of my e-friends. Also, Peter Cetera - it's a long, convoluted story, but there's history there! I also want to be around to meet my grandkids - if I ever have any! I've recently found out some things about Teri Hatcher...I think I'd like to meet her!
Almost anything - not a big fan of rap or country though. My main music of choice for motivation around the house is Metallica, Disturbed & of course Ozzy (circa 1980) but I love classical, blues/jazz, Sarah McLachlan, so much of the newer independent and alternative stuff and "world" music, too. The list goes on and on.... I have dark days, I have mello days, I have show tune days!!!! :D You never know what I'm gonna like next.
Generally romantic comedies are my favorite, but I love a good action or thriller, too. You can keep the horror flix for yourselves. There are too many fave's to list... I used to be a real movie nut. I still find myself getting through the conversations of the day by using quotes from movies! Audrey Hepburn is one of my favorites actresses... I like many of the older classics - B&W movies are great!
Don't watch much TV - usually watch History, Discovery or A&E and stand up comedy & sometimes Adult Swim. I try to watch House and 2 1/2 Men. Overall, I'm not an avid sports fan of any type, but I'm trying to learn to appreciate the "art" of some sports...lol. (specifically Blues Hockey & I even watched the Cards win the series last fall! WTG!)
Medical murder mysteries/thrillers. Favorite Authors: Patricia Cornwell, Janet Evanovich, Sue Grafton, Nicholas Sparks and Tess Gerritsen and the comics of Calvin and Hobbes:) I like to read medical reference text books just to learn more.
