Jay Autopsy/ Jake Hallett was born in Leicester, England in 1979.His life has been a constantstruggle to overcome feelings of self-loathing,low self esteem and fear of his own failure.
After a pretty uneventfulchildhood he went to university to study graphic and product design but ultimatelyfailed to do anything constructive with the knowledge apart from design flyers andget a teaching job.
Jay started music production and his Autopsy project in 1998, probably the only clever move he has ever made.
He now works 9 to 5 at an inner city school topay bills and spends the rest of his pitiful existence writing/ releasing hardelectronic music and performing it live as well as joint managing his own label, Audio Damage Records.
