Olivier Bigot

Born in 1984.Start studying classical saxophone at 10 and begin to learn jazz at 15 on tenor and soprano saxophone.Now play more soprano sax and flute.Won two prices in two international classical contests and worked with Stephane Laporte,Ronan Baudry in classical,contemporary music and music chamber for conservatory certificate.Working in jazz with Rick Margitza,Olivier Temime,P.O Govin,Claude Terranova,Claude Tchamitchian,Frederic Briet,Philippe Champion,Sylvain Beuf,Michel Perez,Fred Delestre.Experience in many groups(street bands,classical quartet,classical ensemble,Rock/ska,funk groups).In 2006,integrate Styria Quintet(modern jazz) ,create his own quartet. Starts to study drums and flute. Records in 2007 his first cd with Styria quintet. Study saxophone, composition and arrangement now with Guillaume Perez, Jean-Luc Fillon, Andrea Michelutti, Laurent Colombani and William Carosella in CRR of Cergy-Pontoise.
