Dave was born in Tampa Florida August 25, 1989 he moved to North Carolina when he was only five years of age. Dave got his taste for music by being young and growing up and being around the older guys. When Dave was 13 he started rapping and freestyling for his friends and the older guys in his neighborhood. When he was in Middle School him and some friends started a group called Y.B.G (young, black, government). Then Dave started writing songs and making music. Dave went to High School and started making tapes for the people at his School. Most of the other people at school told him he had talent. Then Dave started taking rapping more serious and really got focused. Dave and the other group members broke apart and it left him by his self. So He took that chance to let people here his flow. How did Dave meet Khato? Dave goes to school with Khatos nephew. Dave heard that Khato was the ceo of F.T.B Records (First the business) Dave had been listening to FTB records music and loved their style and wanted to get down with FTB. Dave wanted Khato to hear his flow so he stopped by and Khato was playing a beat and asked him could he flow. He got on the microphone and rapped Khato told him he had talent. Ever since Dave has been writing songs and doing music with FTB records. Dave met the other members and liked their style and started to do music with them. Dave Hustla appeared on the F.T.B Mix tape, the Million Dollar Mix tape the track he appeared on was called the Sun dont shine in my hood with another member that goes by the name of J-A.C.P. The Mix tape was Dave first step to becoming apart of the Music business and the Industry.
