This whole journey basically began for me with a feeling. Like a high or a rush that I craved more than anything. It was 2 guys in the woods of the north with no particular goals who decided one week to mess around on some old computer software and try to make music. We had no skill and the music was horrible, but we sat back like kings when we were finished in awe of what we had created. We needed more. Soon we would take 2 weeks on a project and that led to six week projects and then months. We wrote stories and told them in the music, and whether people appreciated what we were doing or were disgusted by it as some were, we just didn’t care. Everyone in this world can make music and we thought it was a beautiful thing to do, and there is something about the way the ideas flew out that we knew we have something to offer. As the years passed we continued on and on doing whatever we could to better ourselves and top our last efforts. We used synths and sample loops, we used filing cabnets and spray cans. Water drops and rainstorms. Piano and voice, the acoustic guitar, we developed a love for sound. We’ve worked with many people in the years since we began, and we will work with many in the future I’m sure. Whether they joined for an hour a week a month or a year, I value everyone who has lived the dream with me. I’ve experienced the joy of creating music with people along with the struggles and egos. Much of which was within myself. But whenever theres a storm, the dust has always cleared, and we’ve always been the same thing. Test Tube Jesus. Our minds turn, and new music is formulated. It will break free and it cant be stopped. We could destroy the world ... but we give you rock and roll.
