Influences: My oh my, how they have changed! There was a time when I was a big fan of Kate Nash, Adelle, Jamie T and Jack Penate. That was until they all became famous and I watched every single one of them being squeezed into a box by their producers and managers to make them more promotable and 'poppy'. Now I think I would be lying to say that any one of them has an inch of originality. Handbags! A few people I enjoy listening to and probably influence me in one way or another are Regina Specktor, Joanna Newsom, Coco-Rosie, RJD2, Scroobious Pip, Jack Johnson, Bob Dylan and Marley, Blondie, Cakes and Ale, Madness, Manu Chaou, Jimmy Henrix, Van Morrison, The Kinks, The Beatles, and Rickie Lee Jones. I love to chill out to Reggae, dance to Motown and get messy to Drum and Bass with a little Dub Step, House and Techno on the side!
