They're aren't many aspiring artist that can bring the flava and give you something to look forward to every time. Which is why I'd like to introduce you to The Lovely Dejah a.k.a. Madame Ayisyen (Haitian Madame).
Coming str.8 out of Miami, Young Dejah knew that she wanted to be a star and has been building her stepping stone since here 1st performance at her preschool graduation. Now Singer / Songwriter / Dancer / Model / Aspiring Actress and Designer has taken her name from what we already know as:
De'ja Vu-{The illusion of having already experienced something actually being experienced for the 1st time}
...and has turned it into a word of art that truely defines who she is on a more personal note. Dejah is proud to announce her working with up coming artist such as Dred Scott,Eady,B2B, War Type and Hound just to name a few. She is also currently working with producer Cash Matter & Keys the Don. She's curently working on her solo project. Dejah has recently interveiw with 24hourhiphop.com author Jay Carter. She's taken on the stage with Miami's very own Trina at Miami Live hosted by Super Producer Big D. She's also graced the stage at Club Mansion, open mics such as Roman Pub and Metropolis. Ms. Dejah has also appeared on tv shows throughout Miami and on the internet largest hip hop show "Krib TV.
There's no doubt in what she does because audiences are naturally drawn to her urban pop / r&b / gospel style that compliments her as an artist/entertainer. Dejah's influences definitely come from her hard working single mother. But when it comes to other artist her inspirations come from rapper Tupac, Jacki-o & EvE and from singers Janet Jackson, Whitney Houston, Mary J. Blige,Monica,India Arie, Keyshia Cole etc.
With all that she has going on ist's hard to believe that she's only 22 years old. Her favorite quote is "Life Is What U Make It"!!!!
The madame is a conqueror and is here to make the point clear that she's in it for the long haul.
