I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

My first novel, The Thief's Gamble was published in January 1999, first of The Tales of Einarinn. My latest, Eastern Tide, concludes The Aldabreshin Compass sequence in October 2006. I'm now working on The Chronicles of the Lescari Revolution, a trilogy whose first volume will be published by Solaris, in the UK and the US, in the spring of 2009.

I write short fiction as and when I'm invited to and find myself teaching creative writing from time to time./p.
I also review fantasy fiction, currently for SFRevu on the web and for Interzone and Albedo One in print. I'll also be posting the occasional review here when I read something I really enjoy.

For more personal insights into the reality of life as a writer, visit my Live Journal and The Write Fantastic Community ./p.
For more information on my books and much else besides, visit my website.

I'm part of The Write Fantastic , an authors' initiative to promote fantasy fiction, and the whole field of speculative fiction in general. You'll find the latest from my colleagues at The Write Fantastic's MySpace. /p.

My Interests
