Susan was born and raised in New Jersey. OH MY GAWD! You could find her off exit 109 on the Garden State Freeway. Home of The Boss, Danny Devito, the Sopranos, and of course Susan. Bada-Bing Baby! Susan realized that entertaining was her calling after wowing the students and faculty of Shrewsbury Grammar School by belting out show tunes at the age of four. Her parents, however, felt that this was not the time to pursue showbiz, as Susan hadn’t learned to read yet. Years later, at the age of 16, after being trained in singing, acting and dancing, not to mention performing in countless shows, she sat her parents down and told them that is was time. The first job in the industry was a print job for Humana Hospital. They wanted a young attractive healthy girl. Susan was on cloud 9 thinking to herself “This is showbizness!“ When the print job came out there was her face with bold print underneath which read…“She thinks she needs to vomit to be attractive.” She was definitely on her way.After some more print jobs and booking commercials, she finally got her very first screen test for All My Children for a three year contract roll. Not long after she made the move to los Angeles. From there she booked her first part for NBC TV on Saved By The Bell! After that she was on a roll….Murder She Wrote (teenage girl with a bad reputation),The Profiler (redneck in a distressed pregnancy), Murder One (juror infatuated with the defendant) and Star Trek: Next Generation (alien with a prosthetic nose). Then it was back to serious acting on Saved By The Bell: The College Years. What a reunion. Screech couldn’t stop crying. Then life began to imitate art. Susan booked Roseanne & Tom: A Hollywood Marriage, a movie of the week where she played Roseanne Barr’s daughter who was given up for adoption. This would be a good time to let you know that Susan was also adopted. In her scene she is reunited with Roseanne. Five months later Susan found both her birth parents. And her parents that raised her and her birth parents all met for the first time at her wedding! She is currently writing a one women show about this journey. This one is still a work in progress and so is she….?
