Band Members: The White Noise Electronic Music Festival is back with a line up crammed with the best in cutting edge electronic music and a few surprises too!White Noise 2009 is set to take place at Birmingham's premier live venue The Rainbow, situated in the Art's Quarter of Digbeth.The Rainbow's main feature is the courtyard. An alfresco urban disturbance set against a backdrop of industrial decay, graffiti and regeneration. It's a venue for all seasons with it's retractable roof and heating for the winter months. Adjacent to the courtyard is a smoking area so smokers dont have to pile onto the streets to enjoy a cigarette.
