What started out as a quartet of freinds/participants of the group Gloose,
is today a duo containing of the rappers/singers and producers J-rock and
JPS. Johannes "j rock" Kasa with his roots in Africa, Ethiopia to be more exact, and half finnish, is born and raised in Sweden, Umeå (Ålidhem). Jps Jesse Piisinen, born in Findland, Kuopio and brought up in the streets of Ålidhem. These young guys has been involved since early 2000 in several projects.Mixtapes, live shows all around the country and solo projects are just a few things they been doin for at least the last 6 years.Their sound is experimental. There are clear influences of jazz,rock,blues and soul though, the heavy hiphop basedrum composed with a snare and clap.
seem to recur. Collaborations world wide and has given them a very broad and diversified style. Their last project was a compilation cd named "FREE AGENTS" With groups and artist from nearly every continent.
They are now offically signed on Get Loose Music and ready to introduce the world to their funky vibes, deep stories and a plenty of feel-good-music.............
