Though I do not particularly like labels, I do consider myself an ARTIST. Whether Im making breakfast, doing a massage, or kicking an opponent's ass, I'm an artist. :) Muay Thai keeps me sane (mostly) and keeps me young. I am both a experienced professional fighter/ CERTIFIED instructor of Muay Thai, CERTIFIED L1 instrutor of Qigong, and a licensed massage therapist. I enjoy the balance of having healing hands and deadly ones. People think that glory is in the combat ring/cage. While this a partly true, the real truth is this: the Glory is in the training!
