About Me

I figured I should update this...well, I'm strange. I like tomatoes in my burgers, but not in my salad. I live life on purpose and take it seriously, but I always joke around and love embarrassing myself. I enjoy looking at pictures, but I rarely take them. I'm very neat and clean, but I love getting dirty. Even I don't understand this one - I read/look at magazines backwards. One of my favorite movies is Office Space and I love the t.v. show "The Office", but I've never actually worked in an office...thank God. People think I'm small and petite, I just don't see it...I think I'm big...not fat, but big...I am. I'm a horrible speller but I won a spelling bee in the 6th grade...no I didn't, but I'm still a bad speller. There is so much more, but it's good to leave a little mystery ;) I try and live life to the fullest and I fooled myself into thinking it was whatever made me happy (music, traveling, guys, drugs, snowboarding, etc...) but I realized life is too short to settle for evanescent pleasures when the big picture is so much more considerable than me...and a greater challenge! To live is Christ, to die is gain...that's my motto.

My Interests

designing, playing pool, burritos, talking birds, rock climbing, dancing like it's 1985, snowboarding, traveling, school/learning, anything minty, drawing, camping under the stars, not surfing, road trips, playing but not watching sports...except for the NHL Dallas Stars. I am pretty much interested in anything that I find interesting, I like stating the obvious and I love the color green...green is my favorite color.

Television:

Definitely The Office, (can't wait to see the original British version) Mike made me watch 24 so now I like it but apparently I'm 5 seasons behind so who knows if that will stick.

Books:

The Bible, The Purpose Driven Life, Jesus Freaks, anything by C.S. Lewis, John Grisham, and John Piper...and many other random authors/books like "Do Elephants Jump?"
