About Me

Matt began writing songs in high school before he could play any instruments. He taught himself how to play paino and took to the guitar soon after. While at college, he was asked to play keyboards for a reggae band called "Roots & Radicals". After graduation, Matt headed back to RI to continue writing songs and fronted a three piece rock/reggae band called "Global Element". The band dissolved after a couple of years and Matt set his sights on finishing a concept album he had in his head called "ticketholder". The album was put on hold when a few friends of his formed "Negative Nancy", a late 70's style punk band. Matt played lead guitar with Negative Nancy for a year and a half but decided to leave the band in efforts to finish his concept album and to pursue his own musical career. :31px;" I edited my profile at Jahmyspace.com , check out these Reggae Myspace Layouts!
