tracker wurde im sommer 2005 gegründet. nach kurzer orientierungsphase
kristiallisierte sich schnell heraus, in welche richtung es gehen soll: um wall of sound einerseits, um minimalistischen noise-ansatz andererseits, aber auch um verquere
psychedelische teile oder die staubige eleganz dessen was sich "desert-rock" nennt.
2008 waren tracker am dunajam auf sardinien dabei und werden auch heuer wieder zwischen sanddünen
und aufgelassenen minen kräftig rocken. auch in der viel näheren heimat engagiert sich die band
natürlich in willigen clubs und spielt gigs mit so unterschiedlichen bands wie
brant bjork and the bros oder kreisky.

tracker was founded in summer 2005, after a short phase of orientation, it became quite clear in which direction it should go... ...this is about wall of sound on the one hand, it's about minimalistic noise-approach on the other hand, it's about weird psychedelic parts or the dusty elegance of so called "desert rock"... in 2008, tracker were invited to play at dunajam in sardinia and also this year, the band will rock somewhere between abandoned copper mines and huge sand dunes... of course, tracker play club-gigs in and around austria with bands as different as brant bjork and the bros or kreisky. expect intense noise-rock with attitude, brain and balls...
