Hi there, my Name is Nancy.I'm just a grandma,who likes playing on the computer,researching my family tree.Finding old friends from school.I don't work in the summer,because I work for the schools.I have 2 grown children.A daughter who is a successful realtor in Indianapolis,A son who is a roofer and sings in a rock band,and 4 of the greatest grandkids that I love to death and would do anything for!My husband Jim, is an over the road truckdriver,he's gone all week and only home on weekends.He drives a "BIG RED TRUCK" I have a huge flower garden and a large veggie garden also.I do alot of canning,freezing and preserving the stuff from the garden.I also like to sew and make my grandkids halloween costumes every year and fancy dresses for the girls. I do ALOT of baking,especially at christmas,I like to cook BIG....big sunday dinners for the whole family,thanksgiving,christmas,that kinda thing.I like to go camping,love fishing,and wandering around on ebay.I'd rather DANCE then eat when I'm hungry...I love it!!I'm a little old fashion,but at my age I should be allowed.I like to listen to oldies on the radio,but I do like country also.I believe in Angel's and talk to mine quite often.I also just love elves and fairies,some times I think I believe in them,they often give me wonder.I once lived in a haunted house and .........yes, I do believe in ghost.I've lived in northwest Indiana all my life.I'm 4' 10" tall and weigh 110lbs and no I'm not a member of the "little people"..................I'm just a real "lil ole lady" with what I think is a great sense of humor!But the older I get it seems the more I can laugh about stuff...........especially MYSELF!!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

NING*****************When I am Old
I will wear Purple!When I am an old woman,
I shall wear purple - -
With a red hat which doesn't go,
and doesn't suit me.
And I shall spend my pension
on brandy and summer gloves and satin sandles,
And say we've no money for butter.
I shall sit down on the pavement when I'm tired
and gobble up samples in shops
and press alarm bells
and run with my stick along public railings,
and make up for the sobriety of my youth.
I shall go out in my slippers in the rain
and pick flowers in other people's gardens
and learn to spit!
You can wear terrible shirts and grow more fat
and eat three pounds of sausages at ago,
or only bread and pickles for a week,
and hoard pens and pencils
and beermats and things in boxes.
But now we must have clothes that keep us dry,
and pay our rent
and not swear in the street,
and set a good example for the children.
We must have friends to dinner
and read the papers.
But maybe I ought to practice a little now?
So people who know me
are not too shocked and surprised
when suddenly I am old,
