Sad Wings of Destiny (SWOD)

Sad Wings of Destiny--"SWoD" to those in the know--is a Judas Priest coverband formed in the early 21st century in Humboldt County, playing gigs in and around Eureka and Arcata for a year before packing it in. Many music critics regard this incarnation of musicians as superior to the actual Priest. They have been reuniting and performing annual farewell shows in Humboldt every year since calling it quits and will continue to perform annual farewell shows between now and the second coming of Satan.[Update 3/15/08: August’s Alibi show has apparently been cancelled.]
