About Me

Thanks for visiting my site!
Well things have changed again so here's the latest!
I left Seattle and moved to St Petersburg FL. I loved the Seattle area and will certainly miss all the cool things to do up there, but now, it's all about warm weather and the beach!....oh yeah, and mixing! Still going strong on the home mix rig. Please contact me to discuss your project. I have done a few tracking and mix sessions at Morrisound in Tampa which is a fantastic faciltiy. I think I found a home base! They have 2 rooms and some wonderful recording spaces. I can now offer the option of mixing on one of their SSL's if your project warrants that.
The history remains the same though.....
I have been recording for 20 years. I have recorded every type of music imaginable and I feel very comfortable recording any style or genre. It's all music to me! I take the craft of recording very seriously, and always give my all to every project. It is my goal to always exceed my clients expectations, both professionally and sonically.
I recorded At The Drive-In from their very first EP "Hell Paso", to "Alfaro Vive, Carajo!", "El Gran Orgo" and "Vaya", as well as numerous splits and B-sides. They always had something up their sleeves.
My relationship with Sparta first began with their debut EP "Austere", which I produced, recorded and mixed. I then recorded and produced "Porcelain". I also mixed their Dave Bassett produced album "Threes". If you want more of the bio type info please go to my website by clicking the link below.
I invite you to read my blogs as well. I am trying to shed some light on the practical aspects of preparing to record. I will also be covering some more technical subjects, to hopefully help out the home recordists and bands who choose to do it themselves. I will update these frequently as possible and try to cover as much ground as I can! I welcome your sugestions as well. Send me a message if there are specific areas you would like me to write about. I'll try to get to it.
