The most important thing to me in life are my family and friends. I'm so fortunate to have a crazy, entertaining family and amazing friends that have both allowed for lots of color, love and laughter in my life! I've been incredibly blessed in so many capacities and with that comes a sense of responsibility and purpose; I try not to take those gifts lightly or for granted.
For insight into me, here's a list of things I enjoy: winning, a child's innocence and candor, sleeping late, laughing, the smell of the ocean, peanut butter and jelly, the morning after... better yet, the night of, text messaging, inside jokes, a competitive game of Taboo, taking care of those that I love, attractive people who don’t let their appearance keep them from being beautiful, biographies, drinking outside while the sun is up, provoking reaction, seeing those that I love achieve, making my parents proud, intelligent conversations, vacations with just me and my Mommy, Sunday morning rain, the tension that brings synthesis, being immersed in water, flirting, karaoke, people that can put me in my place, spades with my family, spontaneous dance parties, good head rubs, sex and the city with my girls, long showers, the perfect cocktail glass, traveling, pursuing perfection and being challenged. For balance, a few of my dislikes are: apathy, being told what to do, broken promises, injustice, unfounded pretension, bad drivers, chocolate, martyrs for love, failure, people who talk just to talk, unexplained traffic jams and people who are too busy or important to care.
