I'm originally from Amherst, MA, currently live in Los Angeles but feel more like a New Yorker. I lived there for 9 years.
For most of my adult life I've been a professional dancer and aerialist. I've toured with artists like Gloria Estefan, Missy Elliot and P. Diddy. Plus I've appeared in lots of music videos, TV shows, award shows, industrials and commercials.
For 2 years I had the immense privilege of performing in the Off-Broadway aerial sensation De La Guarda which is, hands down, my absolute favorite gig of all time. I've since done other aerial gigs with the LA based company, Airialistic, such as the Taurus Stunt Awards, Creation at the Crystal Cathedral and the launch of the Ricardo Montalban Theater.
But now that I'm (dare I say) 37, I'm semi-retired. I occasionally come out of retirement to indulge myself in my pure love of performing. Most recently, I was Mel B's (Scary Spice) stand- in during the rehearsal process of the Spice Girl Reunion Tour. What a BLAST that was!!!
Anyway, I've since parlayed my experience with injury and recovery as a dancer into a new career. I'm currently a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Pilates instructor running 2 companies:
