Lynn Gentry

About Me

Born May 4, 1986, in Torrance, California, youngest of four children to writer, Charles Gentry and child care provider, Sharon Gentry, Lynn Gentry began writing at the age of 12 and playing music in high school. After forming his first band The Night After, Gentry began to seriously study music which has brought him to San Francisco.Lynn has been described as, "one of the richest and most distinctively smooth voices I've ever heard - his voice is like a layer of melted butter spread over his songs, all smooth and warm. Lynn writes with a lot of imagery of emotion and when he sings his stuff and he gets that low vibrato going, what can I say, its like butter".-JJ Schultz ..
