Lucifer Eyes

Formed in Helden (Limburg), Lucifer Eyes started out as a three-piece band somewhere in the end of 2004. In 2005 they released their first demo which sold out in a couple of weeks. After a while they signed to Snowstar Records, an independent record label headed in the south of the Netherlands. However, due to musical indifferences, their drummer decided to quit the band somewhere in 2006. Not long after this short break up, Lucifer eyes decided to recruit some new members. Ex-Blankshot drummer Derk and ex-Blankshot bassplayer J joined the band. This is the line-up ever since and is working out great! Former bass player Strai got to do what he loved most, playing the guitar. Now Lucifer Eyes is back on track again, working on new songs and ready to hit the road! It's musical interest that brought Lucifer eyes together. All members have been or still are members of numerous other punk bands. It's clear to see that this shared passion brought these kids together. Lucifer eyes can be considered a mixture between melodic three chord wonders such as The Ramones and Green Day and the authentic punk rock experience brought to all of us by bands such as The Descendents, All, Nofx, Bad Religion, The Misfits, The adolescents, Chixdiggit, The Clash etcetera. Music we all grew up with during our high school years, music which we all can relate too. But hey, just check it out, you be the judge.
