The focus of this band is to reintroduce the original roots of LATIN MUSIC and to demonstrate what led to the popularity of this music genre. With this in mind, the musical selections include arrangements made popular by legendary artists such as Tito Puente, Tito Rodriguez, Roberto Roena, Ray Barreto, Eddie Palmieri just to name a few...The Latin Heartbeat Orchestra is a versatile and true Latin Orchestra that will touch the hearts and rekindle the memories of our beloved Musica. We are currently in the process of recording our 1st CD.Since its inception, The Latin Heartbeat Orchestra has been selling out venues and has developed a fan base of true Salseros. Club Barcelona Hartford, CT (12mths); Club Van Dome New Haven, CT (5 wks); Stage East East Hartford, CT (12 wks).We have also performed at the BB King Lounge at Foxwoods Casino, The 2005 Telemundo La Feria de la Familia, numerous festivals & we were selected to represent the State of Connecticut and the New England region at the 2006 National Puerto Rican Day Parade in NYC.Continue to check our schedule for dates Y Que Viva La Musica.
