Equinox Productions

Equionx Prouductions consist of two talented young men, Brad McCraw and Matthew Ivey.Ean who moved to Greensboro, NC from Philadelphia came to meet Matt and Brad through mutual friends who knew of both groups musical tastes and interests. The seed of their being destined to work together had been planted. Matt, and Brad who are also cousins began exploring music in an Electronic Music class at the Weaver Education Center. Under the Supervision, and guidance of their teacher Dr. Bruce Moss, they gained a knowledge and background of many different musical styles in a classroom setting. Upon graduating High School from James B. Dudley High (Brad), and Grimsley High (Matt), They continued to DJ, but also write and compose music which they demoed for the public at J and B Music Connection, the former Willies Records and Tapes. That began the first taste of the publics approval of their music. The music store proved to be a breeding ground for many local emcees, and producers who they began to network with and get constructive criticism, and feedback. Later they began recording one of their first songs in a cold basement of the Mega Music Zone CD store formerly in downtown Greensboro. The first artists they worked with was the Quazi Team of Greensboro who they still collaborate with to this day. Equinox Productions began as a hobby, but they are in hopes of turning it into a full fleged recording company/studio.
