The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who have not got it.

About Me

Some men just walk in the light, others bear it with them wherever they go.

I am eclectic and eccentric. A follower of my own ideals and seeker of my own path. My thoughts tend to different level than most, which often leads to things being worded in a way that don't quite click immediately for most people. I would say I'm a little different, but often seem to remind people of themselves in some way.

My interests are many and varied, from the athletic to the cerebral. I love sports, music, movies, art, computers, literature, history, and all of the typical stuff. I enjoy anything outdoors, rain or shine.

I'll usually try most things once or twice to decide for myself if they are interesting, whether others think they are 'cool' or not really doesn't matter to me. Life is too short to limit one's experiences just because others don't like something.

I'm a firm believer that ultimately we only answer to ourselves. When looking back at our decisions, telling ourselves that we did something because someone else wanted us to doesn't cut it. The only person we have to impress is ourself. Anyone else unwilling to get to know us for who we are probably isn't worth the time or effort.

If I have a passion in life, it would be learning, especially through doing. There is very little I don't take interest in, with the lack of time being the only limiting factor in how I explore life.

There's much more left to discover....
