About Me

Yes thats me in the suite, it all started a long time ago, over 30 years to be exact, a good friend of mine had twins, and within my group of friends they thought it would be nice that Santa visited the home, a friend of mine gave me a suit and then I was hooked for life, as the years past my suit has changed but the stories are the same, I have seen it all. from kids running away from me, to kids running towards me, and it was all a blast, when I would visit a friends home I would hear the phone ring and then on the way out the door my friend would ask me if I would go next door to surprise the kids, and of couse I always keep extra in the bag, and sometimes a friend would call if I would make a special visit to a home, and it would always be the same answer no problem, you know the drill, and by that, the drill is that I never charge, tell me the kids name and age, I will pick something up and if the parents want extra in the bag just leave it outside, I have so many stories and I would like to share one with you I well keep this story and pic up for the holidays, I was going to take this story off my page and the pics as well, but a few on my friends list asked me to keep it on, so I will, they said that for those who read it in the future, that they would get to know me a little better,but to me maybe it would bring back the x-mas spirit in all of us during the whole year, and for those who have read the story and commented on the pic, I thank you for that,because it has shown me that there are still good hearts in this world, and I am honored that you have accepted me as one of your friends on myspace

My Interests

my interest vary, I believe those who are bored are just bored with themselves, there is so much out there if you would have the open mind, make the time, to learn.

I'd like to meet:

It was in the 80's a friend of mine gave me a call, and his wife asked me would I do the santa bit for a friend of hers from work and like always, of course, then the arrangements where made (the drill) and then it was either I meet them there, are they pick me up, well my friends offer to drive me to the home, you have know idea how had it is to drive with the suit on, well we arrived, my friends went in and I stayed in the car for awhile, then its fun time, when I reach a home I always look into a window, do a knock and wave to see the kids reaction, so I know either to go in with a loud Ho Ho are just go in with a soft voice and seeing the smile of this little angel and they way he looked up at the window, I went in with a soft voice, my friends, the parents of the angel, well you had to be there to understand the smile, all I could say is that the angel took my hand and we walk slowly to the chair by the x-mas tree, he sat on my lap. we have chatted for awhile, gave the gifts and then it was a beautifull goodby, a goodby that will be forever in my heart, that day this little angel was a kid, I have a pictue of this little guy and I have put it in my pic section, for those who took the time to read this I thank you, have a great christmas, because I know I will

Music:

you name it, my music interest vary from country to metal, and yes even some of the classic

Movies:

I rate movies into three area'a, the one's that make you think and the one's that scare you and one's that make you laugh, so take you pick because I like them all

Television:

the television, I'm a late night tv watcher, when the weather is bad, I'm usually doing something outside, from working around the house or a project, but if I had to chose one it would be home extreme makeover, it at least tells me that there are still some good people in the world trying to help someone

Books:

as long as it has pictures, its a guy thing :-)
