But first and foremost, I am honored to acknowledge my Lord, creator, and sustainer, Jesus Christ. I am a Christian woman and very proud. I like to compare myself to the Eagle. Eagles fly alone. That explains why I can count my true friends on one hand. I don't fly with the flock. They only slow you down. I fly at my own speed, not anyone else's. Yes, I am a strong woman. Hit boiling point at times. But I am grateful for my struggle because it molded me into who I am today. You don't know sweet if you haven't tasted sour. My racial status? Well, my mom is mixed black/white and my dad is Italian. I love being different. I'm that rare desert flower... just waiting to bloom... I take pride in my background and where I've come from. Other then working on getting a degree, I'm taking care of my 2 year old son Kylar. He is "The Joy Of My Life." I love watching him discover the world... from the first day he opened his eyes, then he rolled over, he sat up on his own, and a couple months later... he's crawling! But, the best memory of all is when he said "Mama." My life is a journey. I can tell you all day who I am, but the truth is, I'm still seeking to find out...
