Adam Armaganian

My name is Adam. I am now 30. I am a big fan of movies, exercising, and hanging with friends. At 6'2 I wasnt going to play basketball professionally. My life is dedicated to music. I play in a Progressive Thrashcore band named SAQ. I have been into music since I was a little kid. When I was 11 I was chosen to be a member of the Florida Singing Sons. We had many Hi profile gigs like performing at the bob hope Christmas special, National anthem at a Dolphin game, Numerous TV appearances and Performed in many operas and shows. When my voice changed I got into guitar. From the beginning it consumed my life. I got into Van Halen, Ozzy, Testament, Steve Vai, Yngwie, etc. While in High school I Discovered Dream Theater who Imeaditly changed my view of what could be done in metal. The band saved the Early 90's for me. I also got into Tapping like Stanley Jordan. That time in my life was huge for me in the shred department. I was In to Tony Mac alpine, Paul Gilbert, Ritchie Kotzen, and George Lynch. When I graduated High School I went to FAU and studied under Tom Floyd who played with the late Jaco Pastoras. During college I played in numerous Jazz ensembles and Bands. While in college I studied numerous styles form jazz to classical. I got into numerous new players like Greg Howe, Steve Morse, Allen Holdsworth, Frank Gamble, Bret garsed, Al Dimeola, Pat Mathaney, George Benson, Tuck Andres. etc. I studied music with minors in philosophy and history. In 1998 I graduated and joined a traditional Metal band called Premoniiton. While in Premonition I revitalized my metal roots with Thrash and power metal Bands like The Haunted, Nevermore, Iced Earth, Soilwork, Jag Panzer etc. We opened for numerous acts like Nevermore, Canable Corpse, Thin Lizzy, Quiet Riot, and many others. We also played all over the country in numerous festivals. In 2003 I joined SAQ a Progressive thrash/hardcore band. In 2002 I started Recording My first Solo CD. The CD is a mix Of ideas I had over the years and wanted to get out of my system.
