About Me

Born and raised in Ft. Collins, Colorado Nick Jasken has moved about the country living in such locales as Hawaii, Tucson AZ, Farmington NM and Dallas TX before finally settling in Tempe AZ.Nick started playing guitar when he was 13 years old and began to write songs immediately after learning only two chords. His songs are inspired by the world that surrounds him and the loves and losses that life involves.Nick has been the lead singer for several bands in the past with varied styles from straight foreward Rock (Meltdown 1990-1995) to Pop and Alt Country (Colorfast 2003-2004) to Heavy Metal (Switchblade Addiction 2005) and is now searching for his heading as a solo musician, working on his first solo album due out in early 2007.
