Hi My name is Vernard or Vern sometimes Mongo. I just a big kid who loves to have fun. I work as a chemcical blender and industrial firefighter. I done some incredible things in my past from joining a local wrestling league as a comissioner, practicing strongmen, training with fighters, making award winning speeches, and my recent claim to fame is being apart of The Cleveland Cavaliers Beefcake on the Lake Big Man dance team. I'm not one to brag about my accomplishments, but of the people I've meet along the way who have influenced and touch me in my life. I'm all about making friends and learning about different cultures. My goals for 2007 is to break into the indy film making, voice overs, and lifting seriously again. I started doing these things in 2004 and never finish it due to a serious illness and on top of that lossing a wonderful young friend that year.
