About Me

I put the modern man in trousers, I feel that is enough to secure my place in history.

My life began rather simply on the seventh of June 1778 at 2:30 in the morning (this being the only time I ever rose early, and the shock of the surrounding events led me to never do it again). I was then educated at Eton College between the years of 1790 and 1793 where I became rather good at writing latin verse (at least in my opinion).

After Eton I relocated to Oriel at Oxford University, where I earned the reputation amongst my proctors as being rather contemptious.

In 1794, I was gazetted to a cornetcy in the Tenth Hussars, the gift of its colonel, the Prince of Wales, whom I had befriended whilst still at Eton. The order of Captain of my own troop was presented upon me in the year 1796, which, as it interfered with my idleness, I sold two years later.

As for this myspace, it was reccommended by a certain aquaintence of mine that I bespeak myself a page to inform you all of my existance and goings on.

Outside of the internet, (which I am rather unfamiliar, although I hear it has some form of gambling), I can usually be found frequenting the clubs of Brookes's and Watier's, unless it is a Wednesday, as I will be at Almack's, (don't bother trying to find me, as you will not make it inside).
