M16 used the knowledge of his mother in black-music and came to Hip Hop over his best friend and also the dopest DJ in town "G-Rebel" to start up mixing and scratching at the age of 16. After One year of practicing he became his name "DJ M16" at some endless weekend sessions from his homies "G-Rebel", "Rookone" and "Koljeticut". In 2002 he started turning the tables in some small local cafés which were coupled with "W-Tals" dopest nightclub. The mixing sessions made the people want to hear more and one year after that, M16 also brought his records to regularly sessions in the nightclubs. He was booked in every nightclub, discotheque and café of the region, played for Gang Starr, Boot Camp Clik, Brand Nubian, and established his own party "Time 4 Sum Aksion" with DJ "G-Rebel" and "Rookone" to support local rap-crews like "Millionadi", "Lenny", "DJ Mirko Machine", "Marius No1",... . In collaboration with "G-Rebel" he made a workshop for the mighty "Zulu-Nation" at the ecumenical church congress in Berlin in 2003.In help of "Markus Kammann (Mac)" who was the incorporator of Germanys most famous Hip Hop and Jazz club the "Beat Box" and best known label and distribution company "Groove Attack" in 1988 to 1990, M16 was ready to bring the world his own record-store and mail-order company "Zero-dB Records" in nov. 2004.Additionally with the most famous 16bars machine you know, he also started producing at the age of 16. Producing was getting bigger and deffer year by year, so in 2004 he met "Aw_Da_Wicked" by opening his record-store. In 2005 he produced for "AWw's" second mixtape release "Interciti" and also was bringing his own debut-mixtape "Machine Gun Funk" which finally was released on "Tape Kingz" in 2006.
