My family, friends, music, movies, cartoons, books, rodeos, my truck, thunderstorms, lightning storms, playing in the rain, photography, getting lost, road trips with no destination, camping, traveling, getting into a car and hitting 160mph or higher, spontaneity. I love concerts. The first concert I ever went to was a Rolling Stones concert, my mom was pregnant with me, since then, I've been hooked.
I am interested in finding someone who is honest, passionate, intelligent, and fun. I want a friend, a companion, a confidant. I want someone who isn't afraid to take a few chances. I don't commit to someone before getting to know them. That's what was formerly known as dating. I guess I'm a little old fashioned,--or maybe one of the realistic ones-- but dating is important. I am looking for a great friend I can experience life with, someone who will treat me like the lady I am. A man who isn't afraid of marriage, and kids later in life (when the time is right--not tomorrow, but someday). Someone who will appreciate my wit, humor, and my ability to keep him on his toes.
Iris I like all kinds of music. The Queen of the Damned soundtrack, Garth Brooks, Bon Jovi, The Beatles, and Gary Allen are in my CD player right now. I love to sing. I hope to be playing a sold out Toyota Center or Reliant Stadium someday.
Better Than Me (This is a song that was sent to me from someone who said this described us perfectly) Two of my all time favorite movies are Swing Kids and Hum Dil de Chuke Sanam (I Have Given My Heart). I like action movies. I'm not really into too many chick flicks, but if they catch my attention, I usually really like it a lot. Two of my favorite love stories are City of Angels and The Notebook. Comedies that make me laugh. I love movie soundtracks. Music really makes the movie better or worse.
Prison Break and Nip Tuck when I have the time. I also love The Pretender, (I know, I'm a nerd) when I can catch it on.
Anything that gets my attention when I read the sleeve. I just finished Mary May by James Patterson.
The men and women who serve in our Armed Forces to ensure I have the liberty to be whomever I choose, and my parents. They are still together and love one another so much. My dad was an Airborne Ranger in the Army. After the family grew, he became a printer. My mom stayed home and cared for my siblings and I. They made sure we were all well rounded and became responsible active members of society. When my father looks at my mother, I can see he loves her as much--if not, more--today as he did 25 years ago.
