I'm the very modern version of a very lucky dog. I have a great marriage, two wonderful Great Danes; Dave & Dottie, we're starting our family this year with a foreign adoption from China. So sometime in early 2008 we'll welcome our new daughter into the Schickencamp. Somedays it pays to live in FL however my heart is in Chicago and I miss it everyday, even when it's 30 below. I'm a news junkie and try to read everything all the time. I'm a retired musician and will someday get back into it however when I started working in sales I discovered I could buy things with money, so that's a good thing. I don't recommend trying to raise a family on a pianist's salary. I still write music and am building my studio to continue to help others with their musical needs but I've learned self expression tends not to be a single road for me to hoe. I love to cook and am very addicted to my Bon Appetite magazine.
