What Makes Us Different?
We specialise in Pop Music. A modern, friendly and supportive environment. One-on-one coaching. A small and limited number of places. Selection by audition and interview. A culture where students are encouraged by their colleagues.
Seminars from people who work in the Music Industry. All our coaches are first-class professionals: songwriters, singers, producers and independant consultants currently working in the music industry. They work with you mainly in one-to-one sessions, designed to make the most of your individual talent and potential. They are young people, who have experience and who enjoy working with young people.
Where Do You Start?
You'll come along for an audition and interview. We only have a maximum of 35 places a year, so we want to work with people who have talent that we can nurture.
If we decide you've got what it takes you'll be offered a place on our development course, designed to help you achieve your musical ambitions.
That means practical advice on achieving in a highly competitive industry, as well as rigorous and rounded professional musical training.
You'll be expected to work hard, but you will be treated as a person - not as a product. Each course is designed to make the most of your unique talents and personality.

Showcases
Everyone asks most questions about showcases!
We will arrange regular PopCoach showcases in Birmingham, however you won't be asked to perform until we agree that you are ready to make an impression.
Individuals maybe invited to perform a showcase event in London.
Industry professionals will be present at most showcases.
