OngHave you seen a guy that is about 5 feet ten in height, athletic in build, He can usually be seen in the Pharmacy laboratory, or in the school’s vicinity chilling out with friends, and, where else can he be aside from those places I have mentioned?! Well, let me think…You may have wondered what a guy like him does in the Pharmacy laboratory, as there are mostly females in the Pharmacy population in WCC. Is it because that he has a girlfriend in Pharmacy that needs his constant attention? Or is it because he has a brother or sister there that needed him to guide him/her through in the learning process? I will tell you why, it is because he is a Pharmacy student! To be exact, he is currently a regular fourth-year Pharmacy student, and he is the only guy among a bunch of female students, so, you can say that he is “the only thorn among the roses.” The only guy midst lots of ladies can be a heaven to some, but to others it may not be… And for this guy, it is sort of a love/ hate situation. You may ask why it is so, well, imagine yourself being the only guy among ten and above girls, what would happen to you then? You will certainly be the center of attention most of the time! They would either treat you either as their elder or younger brother, as their confidante, as the one whom they will shower their motherly or sisterly affection upon, and as the object of their infatuation. And when it comes to recitation time, you are sure most of the time that you will be called to recite! Even if you do not normally want to receive so much attention, but when you are put into his place, you will be overwhelmed with the attention you are getting! And how much more will it be if your age is just 19 among the 20 and above 20 years old classmates? For sure, you will get the constant nagging, advising, criticizing, and sisterly attention from them. What is good in this situation is that the infatuation or the chances of your classmate having a crush on you will be lessened, and you will not be expected to be responsible like acting as the president or something like that. But because you are the only guy, you will be expected to do the gentlemanly things such as carrying books, overhead projector, etc.Since he is the only guy in the regular fourth-year class, he has been the escort for two years straight. And, even if there will be many guys in the regular fourth-year Pharmacy class, he will most probably still be the one that will fill the slot for escort.. Everywhere he goes, there is someone, whether it is a girl or a gay, who will take a second look and stare in awe at him. He has an aura about him that will draw your attention and cause you to have a hard time tearing your eyes away from him. So, is there anyone who has seen this guy I have been describing?If not, well, then back to describing him.. He is a multi-faceted kind of person, he can be playful when in the mood, and he can be serious when he is studying and when talking about serious matters such as.. well, I do not know much about that, and it is for you to find out when you get to know him. He is quiet most of the time, but when he has something to say, he will air his opinion without reservation. He is frank and a very observant person too. As a student, even though he may not attend his class religiously or be on top of the class, but when he is in the class, he does absorb the lectures and takes them to heart. He has his own way of dealing with things, that is, even though his ways sometimes may not conform to the norm, yet the way he does them are always logical and according to a reason that you will agree with after you’ve pushed your biases aside. His circle of friends is wide, be it gals, guys or gays… he fits well with all kinds of people.Ah, I think I have found him! He is in the basketball court, one of the places that I should have searched to look for him. Oh well, where else would he get such a fit body if he were not involved in sports? Remember the WCC sports fest last September 25-26 wherein the basketball team PharmaTech is champion in the basketball competition between colleges within WCC-Cubao and in the friendship game with WCC-Antipolo? Well, he is the point guard in that winning teamSo now you can see just how complicated a person he is! And one more thing, have I mentioned that he is a genius or “Promil Kid”? Well, how many people can be in fourth-year BS Pharmacy at 19 years old without difficulty coping in both academics and sports? Ah, now I realized why there are no people who are helping me find him earlier.. It was because I have not told you who I am looking for but just given you a full description of him, well, that guy’s name is Word Topacio, Jr. Quite a unique name for a unique person, isn’t it? Now I leave you the task to determine this, does your heart beats faster
