I just realized that all this was a little outdated! Life goes so fast, sometimes we need little reminders like this to put us back in our place. Bryce is 19 now...wow, it seems like yesterday I brought him home from the hospital! They grow up so fast. He's has had some great life experiences, and even though I don't always agree with his decisions, I hope he knows I am proud of him. After living a little over a year in Boise, he is back home with us now. He is working on the dairy, but looking for something else (he never cared for cow shit.) Lol, life will be only what he makes of it! He's smart, and I just trust that he will be ok. He has a great girl to keep him in line (love ya Jen.)Cayden is 14 now, and was just voted Vice President of Xavier Charter School. He is also a community service officer for the 7th, 8th, and 9th graders. He continues to amaze me with his talents. Besides piano, we have come to find out he is a budding actor. Now both he and Adrian are in Magic Valley School of Performing Arts. Also, having dance at school, he is quite the Ballroom star with all the ladies because he is big enough to lift them all! When I think of how fast 4 years go by, I know it will feel like tomorrow when he Graduates and Joins the Air Force. He is going to be my pilot! He loves to fly, loves planes, and is really looking forward to the Blue Angles next weekend at Joslin Field. I always thought he was the doctor/lawyer type...but he is determined to fly!Adrian has got, what seems like, a long haul. Since he is the baby, it is hard not to think of him as the baby. He is 12 now. This one scares me!!! He thinks Bryce hung the moon!!! He does everything Bryce does/did/ or wants to do. But, he is a completely different little dude. It has always been "OK" for him to do stupid things because "he's so cute, he's the baby, and mostly he can do NO wrong in daddys eyes." I AM AFRAID...VERY AFRAID! Anyway...he is in 6th grade this year, and believe it or not...he was recommended by an educator at school for the People to People Leadership Conference in Washington DC, and was personally invited to attend. Unfortunately it is very expensive...(we could almost go back to Jamaica) and it's up in the air whether or not he will be attending. He would join the Army today if it was legal. No matter how hard I try to deter him from the "Army"... Coast Guard, Navy, Air Force...FINE...but ARMY AND MARINES...God help me! Combat is what the kid wants, and he has a history of getting what he wants. He has been in piano a little over a year now, and it amazes me how fast he is picking it up. Almost as fast as Bryce picked up the guitar. He is also acting with Cayden and they are currently working on their upcoming Junior Production of Willy Wonka.Anyway....I am now working from home. Since Morris Murdock closed November 1st of last year, I have been lucky enough to start my own business. I am an Independent Contractor for Daybreak Travel....so if you need a trip...CALL ME!
