I'm kown as fatma, sin or cleopatra but i just dont give a fuck for names. When you dance with passion people will remember you by your moves and not cause of your name.
Most of my life i was traveling around the world. I'm a lil vagabund and honestly i'm feeling home where my heart is.
My dad is half Egypt and half turkish. My mom comes from greece/thessaloniki but grew up in austria. So i think that makes me a mixed up something.
I started back in the days in the age of 6 with martial arts (hapkido, capoeira, thaiboxing) which is still a big passion and part of my life. It gave me the discipline to realize my dreams.
In between i played about 8 years basketball what i also still love to do. (Maybe more on the streets but thats how i'm)
I started to dance b-boying when i was 11 and i do it till now. I love b-boying cause i wouldn't be the person i'm now without it. It gave me strength when i needed it the most.
I don't give a fuck about fame. Fame is a bitch it comes and goes but your love for your dance is something real. It's about the feeling i got when i enter the cypher. Nobody knows till you felt it yourself.
Parallel to b-boying i started with popping and locking. At that time we didnt had people with knowledge about basics and steps in my town so i taught the first years everything myself by watching people in the cyphers on jams and b-boy battles. In those days every b-boy crew also had always atleast one funkstyle dancer inside of the crew. So we had always some funkstyle circles on those events.
Later on i got to know people like james from the crew unique wizzards and special fx from the crew out of control and that gave me the chance to know more about the funkstyle scene. I start to take my first classes at that time.
My big love is popping! I realized one dream of me and did a tour with mr.wiggles from the electric boogaloos/rocksteady crew. He was one of the reasons i started with popping cause i saw a vhs cassete with footage from him (no we didnt had dvd's at that time). Everyday i get more into it and realize how deep this dance is going. I'm still in a learning progress and i think it'll never end atleast i hope so.
I also dance new-style, house and also some other dancestyles but if you're interested just ask me and i can tell you what else i dance. Too much to mention now.
I'm a battle and cypher dancer but the last years i made my passion to my job and so i'm organising now events/workshops and also working as teacher/choreographer for artist and groups but still love to perform in the circles. Thats where my roots come from.
In all those years i entered too many battles to mention them all. I can say it was a lot. Trust me! The last years i judged also a lot of battles.
So if you wanna know more about me and what i'm doing dont feel ashame to just write me a message.
