About Me

The name's Phen. My birthday is 9/26/86. I compose songs on the piano, study Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese and like to workout or practice martial arts. My right leg is 1/4 inch longer than my left leg and has been that way my entire life. I never noticed it since it is such a small discrepancy in length until I started to receive tons of pain constantly throughout my body in my feet, back, and various other places. human bodys are fragile things but the human will is different. Even though it's hard for me to walk around or do what is expected of me because of always constant and random pains I still try to play it tough and never give up! I'm also this way in friendships. I will always be there for people and I will go to the ends of the world to make somebody really happy, because seeing your smile will make my day! =). I believe life is about being happy and getting through the hard times. Even the nerves in my hands are messed up but I love to play and compose songs on the piano so I just suck it up! Pain comes from the mind so if you have a strong will you can take any pain that comes your way! If you don't have a strong will then you can talk with me and I will hear your story, walk you through the hard times, anything. I would like to meet strong willed people also. I believe everybody has their own unique story and life experiences so I would like to meet many people and truly get to know them. If you are reading this I would be honored to get to know you. I could write hundreds and thousands of words on here but I believe even if you read that much information on somebody you cannot truly know them without talking with them; being with them in person; spending tons of time with them. life takes time; I am here for anyone that wants to talk with me, even if you think I'm stupid and don't want to talk with me I will still be here for you. My Interests

Composing music, having fun, friends, watching martial arts(used to do but have permanent injuries, cannot do it easily anymore),chess, learning Japanese, learning Chinese,(Mandarin and Cantonese)!

I'd like to meet:

People who I can learn things from. I want to become fluent in Japanese,Mandarin and Cantonese, then later Korean, Hebrew and Yiddish, yea I know it's a lot, haha. I also want to learn Violin and improve my piano technique. I'd love to meet anybody that could help me with these things! =)

Music:

My Music, and anything that has a good sound and empahsizes alot of emotion, :P, some bands I like though are X Japan, Iron Maiden, Queen, Galneryus, and many many random songs from other bands/solo artists, I like classical and romantic style too, mozart, beethoven, chopin and even though Bach is baroque style, don't get me started on how igenious bach is. :P. I'm very open to any kind of music though :), I love to compose my own music too

Movies:

Martial arts movies are cool! I like Comedys also! I love comedys actually!! they should make more really funny movies :). I like movies also with good plots that aren't predictable and that will suprise me in a good way :P. I don't like horror movies though, since there's usually no plots, the point is to just be scared of those movies I guess, but I don't like to be scared, because I like the opposite of being scared, I like to be comforted and relaxed. :) so comedys are my favorite probably :P.

Television:

I'd say comedy sitcoms, and I actually watch KyleXY too, it's pretty interesting thinking about superhumans and cloning and all that good stuff :)

Books:

hmm, something deep. I started reading Ann Rands view of metaphysics book but I got kinda tired of looking up words. lol. she's igenious, but I'm kinda lazy for heavy reading material right now. I like to read Japanese books. or books that teach Japanese also. I'm more motivated to learn Japanese :). hmm, I'm learning Mandarin and Cantonese also so I study from those type of books too. Language books are cool. someday I will become quad-lingual (if that's a word) and then I will write a book for people who want to learn 4 languages at once, haha

Heroes:

I admire other people for what they have acheieved and I respect them but In today's world you have to look up to yourself to be your own Hero and try to achieve all your own goals derived from your passions because we don't truly know others. We don't even know ourselves, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't look up to yourself! have a strong heart and be your own hero!!! Never give up, if you can be your own hero and work hard in life other people will look up to you as their hero and you will feel very good in general.
