David Ace Suggs

David has been performing in Church for more than 30 years. In the late 70's he and his three older brothers performed at local Churches, festivals, and fairs in Indiana, Kentucky, and Georgia. In 1985 David left the band to begin a career in the music industry. He ended up in South Florida, where he was working and producing for several different record companies. Learning to play 7 instruments made it easier for him to produce and direct the music. David is also a well established vocalist and vocal coach, working with many different artists. In 1989 David had a secular hit entitled "X-ray Eyes" that was on the charts for 12 weeks. While working for an R&B, Dance and Hip Hop record label in the late 90's, David had a calling from God to come back to the music ministry. He produced a Christian dance album entitled "Praise to the Beat", that he had taken to the record label owner Joey Armada. A little skeptical Joey' of "Joey Boy Records" took the CD home to listen overnight. When He returned the next day, Joey had given his life to Christ. He basically stopped the secular label and opened "Music up Records" He releases only Gospel and Christian music now. (God is great!) In 2004 David stumbled and fell off the path, but was able to find his way back and began working more in the Christian music industry. He started producing and leading the music for "Tomorrows Hope". September 18th 2005 David was ordained as a music pastor by Rev. Michael F. Michaud of "New Horizon Ministry". David started a music ministry called "Carry His Cross" dedicated to Praise Picnics. We organize picnics in local cities. All with the goal of honoring Christ. David also released a Christian Praise album entitled "Cover Me" that is doing well on the internet and local venues. My life is worth nothing unless I use it for doing the work of the Lord Jesus.
