Paul C. MacArthur is the founder and developer of CelticRadio.net and Highlander Radio. An avid musician, computer technician, father and husband – he set out in the Year of our Lord, Two Thousand, exploring and discovering the culture of his ancestors through Highland Games and Celtic music festivals. Thus was born the idea of Highlander Radio . In 2003 he received a programming certificate from Worcester Poly Technical Institute specializing in web technologies involving dynamic websites and databases. Harnessing his new found skills in scripting and databases, his redesign of CelticRadio.net in 2004 propelled Highlander Radio to win the 2005 Best of Live365 Award for World Music Station.
