I really do like movies but I always have a hard time naming "favorites." One all time favorite would be Heathers, along with Edward Scissorhands and Donnie Darko, I could watch them over and over.Snatch, Requiem for a Dream, Goodfellas, Raging Bull...Wonderland is really great if you haven't seen it...I really liked The Prestige. I like Scarlett Johannson a lot and I'm not sure if she gets enough credit because she was great in The Prestige but even better with Woody Allen in Scoop. I like artsy fartsy movies, serious movies, fun movies and also completely ridiculous movies, i.e. Super Troopers, Beerfest etc. Now, a clip from a masterpiece...

Believe it or not, I LOVE reading! I had a college reading level in 3rd grade, so there. Some favorites: War and Peace (yes, really), The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera, On the Road by Jack Kerouac, Ulysses by James Joyce, The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand, plays by Irish blokes like John Millington Synge as well as poetry from lads like Seamus Heaney. For my favorite contemporary author, I would have to say Alice Hoffman and Augusten Burroughs. Did I prove myself???
