Q's &+ A's
Q: when did first show an interest for music?
A: I've always loved music every since i was young, from watching Michael Jackson, The Temptations, and Usher. But When Ludacris came out, I admired his swagger and i decided to rap, and its been good ever since.
Q: How many years have you been makinq your own music?
A: Every since my seventh grade year ive been recordin, but that was on Cassett tapes. But in my Freshman year in highschool, i started recordin on cds, and by my sophmore year, i release my first album, Monster Unleashed.
Q: What made you choose the name Pillz &+ Why?
A: Well Originally, It Was Pillzbury. I chose that because overweight, and i wanted to find a creative way of putting that in my name. So I thought of that. But Then, I thought that was wack, so i changed to Young Pillz. But I grew up and lost all that weight,(80 pounds in less than a year), and i dropped the Young and just made ma name PiLLZ.
Q: What do you think about hip-hop today?
A: Haha, well today, Hip Hop is an endangered species. Nas was right, Hip hop IS DEAD. But Various artists such as Ludacris, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Jay-Z, and of course PiLLZ, have been trying to revive the hip-hop game, and we're doing a very good job if i say so myself.
