Monkeys Don't Grow on Trees

About Me

Not the typical person but perhaps not so much in the way that I'm striving to go against the system. More so in the fact that I am one of the few people who can be themselves and publically indulge in fancies without giving a shit if anyone is looking. So, by societies standards that makes me peculiar and I accept it with open arms, a smile, and an occational flag of trimuph. So....about me? Well, I just am. Like it or not. And I am now venturing into the unknown abyss to find a place to fall.... to find out why.

My Interests

I am a BIG movie buff! Blockbuster is making a lot of green on me. I like all kinds of movies as long as they have a point and a good storyline (which can sometimes make my list of good movies short.)I also love reading, writing, drawing...basically quiet things....oh! and Prime Numbers!lol!

I'd like to meet:

I'm exteamely approachable so I like meeting new people in general. As far as celebrities go...The Beatles, John Mayer, Underdog, Batman, Wolverine, Gambit, Celine Dion, Rosario Dawson, Conan O'Brian, Jakers, Curious George, Ron Stoppable, The Cat in the Hat,...Teletubbies?...to shut Tinkiewinkie up of course. He stole my purse!!! *shakes fist in conotation of violence*

Music:

Anything that sounds like actual, ORIGINAL music with meaning. That pretty much cancels out most crap they play today so I listen mostly to oldies but goodies like The Beatles, The Police, One hit wonders...hiterto, moreover, futhermore, etc.. Some newbies are John Mayer, Celine Dion, K.T. Tunstill(she's a new artist and not the greatest guitarist, but her lyrics heal the soul.)....oh, and A LOT of BROADWAY tracks. (Rent, Wicked, Chicago,....)

Movies:

There are too many to name and remember. Among them are Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Crash, Rent, Chicago, The Matrix, Garden State, King Kong, Nightmare Before Christmas, (Fahris Bueler's Day Off)...Yikes! Spell Check!, The Sound of Music, Finding Nemo, Shrek, Team America, Spiderman, Superman, X-men, Batman, anything with Jim Carey, Austin Powers, Titanic, Amalie, Lost in Translation.....shall I go on?

Television:

Conan O'Brian, Ellen, I have been watching the Simpsons since I was seven years old, I also still have to have my Sienfeld fix. As far as Primetime TV goes...they give a lot of crap, but Heros is by far the best show I've seen in a long time. It actually has a storyline! GASP! Feature that! storyline...seems like a foriegn word in today's society.

Books:

Harry Potter! Some of the C.S. Lewis collection is good as well, Joy Luck Club, The Jungle,In the Time of Butterflies, The Golden Compass!, Bridget Jones Diary, The Confessions of Georgina Nicolson series, A Series of Unfortunate Events!, Pride and Prejudice! Anything Jane Austen really..., Jane Eyre, then a slew of plays, of course..
