Stand Lyrics ..I was Born in Omaha, Nebraska, and lived the first 11 years of my life in Elkhorn, outside of Omaha. Living in Nebraska I learned very quickly what is like to be a Nebraska Cornhusker football fan. I moved to Colorado when he was 12 and lived in a small town called Castle Rock.. There I was an All State Football player and excelled in athletics and mathematics. At DCHS, I met many great friends before heading off to Mesa State College in Grand Junction. I attended Mesa State on a football scholarship before transferring to the University of Colorado. At UNC I discovered my interest in Meteorology and natural earth phenomena. I received a Major in Meteorology and a minor in Speech Communications in 2002. There are many paths a meteorologist can take after they graduate, but I decided with my personality and stunning good looks (Just Kidding) that I should try my luck as a broadcast Meteorologist. After graduating I only sent out a few tapes since I wanted to stay somewhat close to home; I am very close to my family and my best friend in still my brother Cory. It took me a few months before I landed a job close to home in Casper Wyoming working as a morning Meteorologist and anchor for KCWY News 13, a new NBC Station. After a year and a half, I was promoted to Chief Meteorologist at KCWY. This year I received a Wyoming Association of Broadcasters Award for Best Weather Forecaster in the state. I plan on staying in Casper for awhile, and would only leave home for a job in Colorado Springs or Denver.I have two daughter's, Taylor who is almost four and Alexis who is almost one. Taylor is a spitting image of her father, although I am not sure where her orneriness comes from, ok wait, I do. Alexis is a beautiful baby and seems to look more like her mother. I have several pets including two beagles (daisy and opus) and many fish.
