Shouldn't that be "Whom I'd Like to Meet"? No, seriously, it'll bug me until I know.
Celebrity-wise, Alan Rickman and/or Hugh Laurie . Fantastic actors, the both of them. Alan's been one of my favourite actors for years, and I grew up seeing him in various roles, and Hugh Laurie is just one of the most brilliant British comedians ever to grace the telly.
Non-living, though, I'd say Stuart Adamson, in a heartbeat. He will always be, to me, the greatest lyricist ever to create music. Not too shabby on the guitar, either. It's such a shame that the music community lost him.
As for anybody else in the world, I want to meet people who aren't afraid to befriend a slightly odd girl who has the tendancy to obsess over obscure celebrities and dreams of leaving the only place she's ever called home and see the world.
Harry Potter series (Half-Blood Prince rocks my world), Kurt Vonnegut books, Ragtime, Anita Shrieve books (even though they're all basically the same), Tess of the d'Urbervilles, mysteries, suspense, cynical women's novels
